YOUR OPINIONS MATTER!   NEEDHAM PARENT SURVEY 2017

The Substance Prevention Alliance of Needham (SPAN) in collaboration with the Needham Public Health Department is surveying parents of 6^th -12^th graders living in Needham to learn more about their personal beliefs and perceptions regarding underage drinking and substance use among youth.  We would very much appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete this anonymous survey and contribute your voice to those of other Needham parents. Your feedback will help to inform the direction of our Coalition prevention initiatives.  Please answer all questions with your oldest child in mind.
